Indirect Procurement APAC takes the accountability of leading, driving and supporting relevant business across the entire Asia Pacific region via close engagement with a wide range of value chain stakeholders. Our scope covers Business Service (i.e., Real Estate & Facility Management, Consultancy, Professional & Engineering Service, Fleet, Utilities), Tools (Transport Equipment, Construction and Service Tools, Lifting Tools), CAPEX (Fixed Assets investment, i.e., equipment and tools), and MRO (maintenance, repair, operation) and consumables used in factories and wind farms. Our team members locate in China, India, Australia, Vietnam, and so on.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Lead commodities i.e. Business Service, Tools, MRO and CAPEX in Japan via close collaboration and alignment with the rest Indirect Procurement APAC leadership team and regional commodity leads.
  • Manage procurement related activities in the cross functional team and secure alignment with relevant stakeholders in relation to e.g. project planning, costing, and supplier risk and performance management.
  • Supplier selection, qualifications, negotiation and contracting and supplier relationship management, including supplier account plans, and performance management.
  • Supplier consolidation to ensure supply chain optimization based on total landed cost, strategy and roadmap development with cross function team.
  • Deliver the KPIs: EBIT, continuous cost out initiatives technically and commercially through the whole value chain, PPV etc.

 

Qualifications

 

  • 10+ years working experience in Procurement and Supply management,
  • 5+ years’ working experience in indirect material procurement and leadership role.
  • Have International Companies working experience in intercultural environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Economics/Finance, Business Administration Management or equivalent relevant majors
  • Procurement Knowledge and Skill sets, i.e., Analysis, Benchmarking, Negotiation, etc., and with good Quality management mindset.
