Describe the Department

現在の建設チームの所掌は、風力発電機の据付、試運転、顧客への引き渡しまでですが、将来的には、より複雑なEPCも想定しています。顧客、サプライヤー、その他のステークホルダーと緊密に連携することが、プロジェクトの安全、収益性、期限遵守、高品質基準を満たす上で重要です。

新規プロジェクトの所掌と費用について営業チームと共通認識を持ち、最終確認すること、さらに、風力発電機の据付プロジェクトまたはEPCプロジェクトを、契約で定めた所掌において、予算内、期限内に、適切な品質で計画、遂行することも、この役職の責務です。

プロジェクトチームをまとめあげる上で、顧客との関係構築、品質・コスト管理、安全確保、利害評価とリーダーシップが、この役職に求められます。

Construction is responsible for two types of project types; the standard installation, commissioning and finally handover wind farms to our customers and the more complex EPC projects. Working closely together with the customer, suppliers and other stakeholders is a key parameter to ensure this happens safely, cost efficient, timely and with a high-quality standard.

It will furthermore be your responsibility to align and sign off the project scope and cost with Sales and ensure that the wind turbine installation projects or EPC projects are planned and implemented within the scope of the contract, within budget, on time, and in the right quality. Customer relationship management, quality and cost control, safety, risk/benefit assessment and leadership towards the complete project team are key functions in this role.

 

Responsibilities

• Assess financial and technical feasibility and put together a solution

• Timely project reporting

• Site Liaison and direction

• Accurate financial management of the project budget, cashflow and revenue

• Financial control and reporting, administration experience in complex project environments

• Prepare payment claims and raise each claim according to the reported cashflow and in accordance with the contract requirements

• Forecast cash inflows and outflows on a weekly basis with inputs from APM / PM

• Monitor the project budget to ensure all expenditures are within the allowance

• Forecast POC (conservatively) using the budget model with input from Project Manager and monitor on a monthly basis. Raise uncertainties as soon as foreseen

• Maintain builder and billing plan creation, milestone release for invoice & cash-in revision

• Create purchase orders for large items, coordinate component creation for as-built & intercompany invoice handling

• Work with the document controller to device communication plan & document control plan for the project

• Ensure timely submission of documents, letters & other submittals to the client

• Organize project release, ToR, classification of projects, handling spares & stocks & project close

• Ensure handover documentation is well prepared before the handover meeting

• Support site when needed

 

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree - Business Administration / Commerce / Accounting or other related fields

 

Competencies

• Highly developed communication skills, both written and spoken

• Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Word, Access and Excel

• Customer relationship skills

• Ability to participate effectively as part of a team

• Solid time-management skills

• Ability to work in priority situations
