秋田県潟上市（洋上風力発電所）
※研修中は国内外（川崎・長崎・福島・青森・男鹿・海外など）の研修拠点にて実施予定（出張扱い）
職種内容：洋上風力発電の保守・運用技術者（正社員）
- まずは18ヶ月間の有給研修からスタート！
国内外のO&M（保守運用）チームと共に、以下のような実践的な業務を学びます： - 洋上風力タービンの点検・メンテナンス（高所作業あり）
- チームでのトラブル対応
- 作業に必要な工具・資材の管理
- 作業内容の報告書作成
- 顧客やチームとのミーティング参加
- 安全・環境・法令遵守の徹底 など
最初は誰でも未経験。技術・語学ともに、研修でしっかりサポートします！
応募条件（2026年卒業予定者対象）
- 対象学歴： 工業高校・高専・大学（理工系学部・学科）卒業予定の方（2026年3月卒）
- 語学力不問（英語に興味がある方歓迎）
- 秋田県潟上市まで通勤または転居可能な方
普通自動車免許（AT可）取得予定者または取得済みの方

勤務時間・休日
シフト制：7:00〜19:00（実働11時間＋休憩1時間）
