You have belonged to Service Operations, your task is to ensure safety and quality operation of WTGs and associated equipment's under service contract at sites, in accordance to the processes, instructions, business rules and your best knowledge. You deal with streamlining the workload and things impacting the statutory compliance, Customer satisfaction, Financial discipline, planning, to ensure the flow will be stable.

 

Responsibilities

  • To monitor all Assets/ WTGs performance under service contract in the respective site on daily basis
  • Implementation of CIM orders in applicable WTGs with in time lines
  • To prepare yearly forecast and capacity planning for the schedule services, CIM orders and un scheduled services based on the process and predictions
  • To forecast the resources like tools, spares, man power and etc. to support the above tasks
  • Compliances of various internal process in execution of break down maintenance and schedule services like creation of service orders, execution of work, closing of service orders and etc. in appropriate portals
  • Drill down of WTGs health status using various tools like SCADA / VTM/ VOB/ Utopus ( Data Analytics) and etc to provide predictive maintenance practices in WTGs
  • Provide schedule services of WTGs as per the predefined yearly plan
  • To facilitate the team for Safety culture at sites
  • Prepare plan for safety trainings to Vestas team and sub contractor manpower
  • To understand the Vestas safety philosophy and implement the same at sites
  • Responsible for P&L of site operations
  • Close monitoring and control of site expenses on monthly basis and on time submission of relevant expense reports to finance team
  • Monitor and ensure statutory compliance of site operations, Vestas employees and sub contractor manpower
  • To identify and provide the necessary infrastructure at Vestas employees guest house and maintain the same
  • To maintain good business relationship with Customer, employees, sub contractors and other applicable stake holders
  • To ensure customer satisfaction by way of meeting the contractual performance parameters, timely proactive communications to Customers
  • To conduct periodic review meetings with customer along with other stake holders like CRM and etc
  • To monitor and collect the market intelligence information on complete Wind industry, Customers, Competitors and etc 
  • To monitor the critical spares stock condition at stores and ensure re filling of the same by SCM team
  • Audit of site stores on regular basis
  • Ensure statutory compliance of operations at sites
  • To ensure process compliances like quality systems, ISO 9001, ISO14001, OHSAS and etc

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in EE, ECE, ME with technical services skills
  • Hands on experience in technical planning / resource planning
  • Previous experience in WTG - O&M services 
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Good attention to detail and execution
  • Good interpersonal and stakeholder relation skills
  • Able to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all professional levels, performs as a champion for change management initiatives and ability to respectfully follow supervision
  • Experience with MS office, Advanced Excel, SAP, Sales force, and CRM systems

 

Competencies

  • High Quality of planning and organizational skills
  • Hand on experience in WTGs Operation, trouble shooting and main components replacement activity
  • Experience in data analytics and predictive maintenance practices
  • Experience in various tools being used in WTG trouble shooting, major component replacement and etc
  • Knowledge on local statutory requirements
  • Exposure to Quality and Safety concepts in WTG operations
  • Operational risk assessment, monitoring and preparation of mitigation plans
  • Good attitude and self motivation
  • Contractual Revenue, Cost, EBITA forecast and monitoring to achieve the targets
  • Affinity to work according to processes and navigate in technical (commercial) related systems
  • Structured and detailed working approach
  • Self-organization / good time management and stress resistant
  • Technical communications skills
