Global Blades Quality Assurance is responsible of ensuring the culture of preventive quality assurance is fostered in New Product Introduction and Tech Transfer projects through the Manufacturing Baseline Package Validation & APQP assessment.

Responsibilities

- Review and validation of APQP activities in both internal and external Blades TTI Projects

- Quality Performance Management within Global Blades Quality Assurance

- Ensure effective Non-conformance Management and risk management in blades NPI projects

- Facilitate Quality improvements and ensures best practices and CLQ are shared and applied in blades life-cycle management.

- Execution of the MBP (Manufacturing Baseline Package) Validation/Assessment in blades NPI projects.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in engineering.

- 5 years working experience on manufacturing quality, within wind, aerospace or automotive industry.

- Significant problem-solving skills and experience in leading improvement projects.

- Experience and knowledge in QA methodologies, tools and process - such as APQP/ PPAP.

- Fluency in English, oral and written.

- Strong cooperation and good communication skills;

- Comprehensive project management skills with the ability to deliver within complex development projects across organization and resolve complex issues effectively seeking needed collaboration across the value chain.

- Good communication skills, oral and written, strong meeting facilitator with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders within an international, collaborative & cross-functional environment.

- Be able to solve complex problems, engage, coordinate, motivate and inspire teams to finished project.
