Service Supply Chain is a department covering all the Spareparts flow to service operations around the globe. We are responsible for supply to all the service sites, construction sites and after sales across all the regions.

The Global Warehouse Operations department is responsible for ensuring material availability and operational excellence across our warehouse network.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate deliveries from internal and external suppliers
• Follow up and secure on-time arrival of materials to the warehouse
• Handle order management, order confirmations and shipment follow-up
• Support demand and supply coordination activities
• Coordinate transportation requirements with logistics providers
• Support customs related activities when required
• Support warehouse operational activities and material flow optimization
• Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities
• Support implementation of new warehouse processes and projects
• Resolve logistics and supply chain related issues in a timely manner

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years' experience within Supply Chain, Logistics or Warehouse Operations
• Experience working with suppliers and transportation providers
• Experience with ERP systems, SAP
• Extensive experience with MS Office
• Knowledge of warehouse and inventory processes
• Methodical approach and process understanding
• Good written and spoken English skills
