The production quality department in the generator factory Tianjin. Generator factory is part of the Vestas production base locate in Tianjin, China.

Responsibilities

- Facilitate operational quality assurance for fulfill production plan and customer requirement

- Collaborate with SQD to facilitate component quality improvement

- NC management include customer NC

- Cooperate on new product introduce projects

- Facilitate quality activities to support factory achievement

Qualification

- Bachelor's in engineering

- At least 5 years of working experience in the MFG quality area

- Experience with problem-solving methodologies

- Experience with quality management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., ISO 9001, APQP4Wind).

- Experience with audits especially with ISO 9001, VDA 6.3

- Experience with quality management software and tools

- English writing and speaking skills

Competencies

- Problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable insights

- Proficient communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

- Proficient in operational procedures and quality assurance methods, maintaining a focus on ongoing enhancement
