Vestas nacelle Tianjin quality department is responsible for ensuring the process and production quality and products' consistency to meet customers' requirements

Responsibilities

• To establish an overview of the machinery and their required maintenance in a maintenance plan
• To coordinate and control the need for outside assistance regarding maintenance of machinery and building installations/components
• To ensure that the machinery is working continuously
• To ensure that the maintenance schedule for the buildings is followed
• To repair minor "breakdowns" on the machines
• To coordinate new projects in and around the factory
• To perform FMEA analysis (risk analysis) on the possibility of a breakdown of the machinery

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree, major in Automation or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Good knowledge of machines both electrical as well as mechanical

Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, results oriented
• Ability to maintain an overview and work under pressure
• Proven ability to work independently and in teams
• Good English skill both for oral and written English
