Vestas nacelle Tianjin quality department is responsible for ensuring the process and production quality and products' consistency to meet customers' requirements.

Responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Judge whether the part meets drawings,specifications.
• Lead containment actions on non conformance parts to slove the problem
• Good ability on analizing the root cause when a non conformance happened and take responsibility to make corrective actions with cross function team.Lead and track whether the actions are taken in place
• Have good sense to identify process quality risks and ensure production quality in a preventive manner
• Good ability on coordinate cross function team to ensure quality tasks can be proceeded normally
• Complete the tasks assigned by the line manager

Qualifications

• College or bachelor's degree
• Major related to mechanic/electricity
• Both oral and written English are good,CET-4 is needed

Competencies

• Root cause analysis/problem solving skill
• Good communication skill and good cooperation skill
• Experiences on manufacturing/assembly
