Production Supervisor

This department is mainly responsible for the assembly and testing of the stator and rotor of generators.

Responsibilities

• According to the requirements of the production plan, effectively organize and arrange production, and timely make reasonable allocation of human resources within the team to meet efficient plan fulfillment.
• Maintain daily production discipline, ensuring that personnel carry out work strictly in accordance with process requirements, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Timely analyze and improve quality problems, and prevent their recurrence.
• Maintenance and monitoring of EHS in the production workshop, timely handling or reporting related problems and risks.
• Effectively control the use of raw materials and various auxiliary materials to avoid and reduce waste.
• Carry out on-the-job training for new employees and multi-position training for experienced employees.
• Cross-departmental communication and cooperation, coordinating the resolution of related issues.
• Promotion and implementation of continuous improvement (Kaizen).Timely and accurately complete team reports and effectively hand over work.
• Conduct ability analysis and assessment of personnel on time, and promptly implement personnel incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Be able to communicate in English, including reading, writing, listening and speaking.
• At least five years of experience in production supervisor in related manufacturing industries.
