The People & Culture organization is overall responsible for building Vestas' capacity to attract, develop, and retain the industry's highest quality workforce. The execution of Vestas' growth strategy rests with its people, and P&C is responsible for cultivating the skills, processes, and culture that allow Vestas to reach its objectives.
Responsibilities
- Secure a high level of payroll services to the assigned countries.
- Accurately process payroll on a monthly basis.
- Manage and coordinate with the payroll partners in daily payroll operation and annual financial closing.
- Generate and deliver recurring payroll, social security and tax reports as defined and expected.
- Support on the other HR annual activities including salary related budget preparation, merit increase and global bonus payout.
- Handle business and employees requests regarding payroll via ticket system.
- Perform Vestas global internal compliance control of payroll. Strictly follow SOX control requirement per payroll cycle to ensure compliance regarding time registration, data transfer, payroll validation, payment, etc. Get risk assessment regularly.
- Strictly follow HR Data privacy and compliance in daily work, especially regarding EU GDPR policies.
- Other duties and projects assigned to meet business objectives
Qualifications
- Electrical background 3 years/4 years of engineering course with having wind turbine experience of 3 to 4 years with practical experience diagnosing and fixing electrical and mechanical issues.
- Good computer skills; experienced in handling different tools or systems to monitor work and documentation-Good English skills, both written and spoken
- Should Have Valid Four-wheeler driver's license and able to drive in an international atmosphere.
- Experience in wind turbine installation and commissioning
- Rope access certification and experience.
- Experience from working in an international company / matrix organization with high complexity• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint).
