Maintenance Department is responsible for implementing all predictive, preventative and corrective maintenance to ensure all production equipment and tools in good condition.

Responsibilities

• Implement all predictive, preventative and corrective maintenance to ensure it is completed in accordance with technical manuals, Environmental, Health & Safety and Quality procedures
• Develop and continue to improve maintenance plan and register PM plan in EAM system, and collaborate with production, logistics departments for maintaining equipments in operation condition
• Ensure maintenance with high quality, and complete tasks as quickly as possible according to PM plan in EAM system so to minimize the impact for production such as shutdown time
• Responsible for effective breakdown response and ensure root cause is identified and corrective actions implemented，and register the problem in EAM system
• Spare parts management
• Clear on how to acquire the necessary resources and support from others
• Commit to persistent improvement related to safety, quality and production condition
• Report to immediate supervisor timely for assistance if not able to solve problems
• Assist with additional projects and duties as assigned

Qualifications

• College Diploma or above, major in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years related working experience as an industrial electrician or electrical technician, practical experience on electrical work
• High and low voltage electrical certificate

• Higher safety and quality conscious
• Higher communication skills and teamwork conscious
• Accept shift change arrangement
• Good English level candidate or able to read electrical drawings
