The Customer Relations team is responsible for ensuring a fantastic customer experience when receiving services from Vestas under a Service Agreement. Our aim is to build and maintain great customer relationships and drive customer-centricity to deliver value to customers and Vestas.

The position is part of Service Vietnam, Asia Onshore Service Operations organisation in the Vestas APAC Region. Here you become part of a collaborative team of >100 colleagues who work daily on delivering services for onshore and nearshore wind farms for our trusted customers in Vietnam. This includes everything from strategy work, operational quality, health & safety, and technical case handling to delivering the services on the wind turbines.

 

 

Responsibility

 

As a Customer Relationship Manager, you are the customer's primary point of contact in relation to commercial, contractual, and major operational issues under the Service Agreement.

Your core responsibilities are:

  • Act as a counterpart to the customer's responsible manager
  • Building and maintaining great customer relations based on trust and value creation; Understanding customers' organizations, key stakeholders, and decision-making processes
  • Managing Service Agreements with an understanding of contractual terms and clauses and their implications commercially, operationally, and legally
  • Identifying and driving aftermarket sales opportunities and contract renewals, which create value for both customers and Vestas
  • Providing quotations for additional services by collaborating with operational and technical stakeholders
  • Facilitating regular customer meetings, maintaining action logs; owning, preparing and recording formal correspondence in a systematic way, using available tools
  • Handling incoming customer queries and coordinating internal subject matter expert input to address the request. Providing internal reporting to relevant stakeholders, including contractual risk management, invoicing status, and cashflow collection

 

 

Qualification

 

- Degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or similar

- With 3 - 5 years of experience for instance in a customer-facing position (e.g. sales, project management, contract management, particularly with large complex customers), ideally within the energy market, legal background would be relevant

- Familiarity with complex technical machinery, plant, processes, or systems

- Good business understanding and economical understanding of contracts

- Renewable Energy industry experience would be beneficial
