El equipo de Supply Chain MED apoya directamente a los técnicos de Operaciones de Servicio en los países de la región del Mediterráneo, quienes se encargan del mantenimiento y reparación de los aerogeneradores de nuestros clientes. Nuestra misión es asegurar la entrega segura, eficiente y puntual de repuestos, herramientas y consumibles a los parques eólicos desde nuestra red de almacenes regionales.

Dado que el equipo está repartido por todo el país, esta vacante puede ubicarse en cualquiera de los almacenes de Vestas en España, adaptándose al lugar de residencia del candidato seleccionado.

Responsabilidades

• Gestión y coordinación de transportes urgentes, internacionales y necesidades interdepartamentales

• Facturación de transportes: creación de solicitudes de compra (PR – Purchase Requisition) y seguimiento de la entrada/recepción de mercancías en sistema (GR – Goods Receipt)

• Gestión y resolución de incidencias vinculadas a facturas de proveedores externos

• Gestión integral del proceso de inspección y certificación de extintores. Supervisión y seguimiento de la calidad e inspecciones (housekeeping) en la red de almacenes

• Soporte, registro y seguimiento de no conformidades (NC – Non-Conformities) asociadas al transporte

• Seguimiento y resolución de estados de materiales bloqueados

Requisitos (Qualifications)

• Experiencia previa en un puesto similar dentro del área de Logística, Transporte o Supply Chain

• Formación especializada en gestión de transportes, logística o administración de la cadena de suministro

• Manejo práctico de SAP ERP (módulos logísticos / compras). Nivel intermedio de inglés (hablado y escrito)

• Se realizará evaluación de idioma durante el proceso de selección
