Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate warehouse operations across Italy, ensuring effective and productive activities.
- Ensure that the warehouse operates in compliance with safety standards, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.
- Supervise and support your team, building high-performing and motivated individuals.
- Collaborate with third-party suppliers to meet service level agreements and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain performance and warehouse flow.
- Manage and track inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all warehouse locations.
- Participate in and support strategic and operational improvement projects aimed at enhancing warehouse performance.
- Coordinate resource allocation to support service operations and the flow of tools and parts for service activities.
- Monitor and improve warehouse key performance indicators (KPIs), such as inventory accuracy and delivery timeframes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and procedures in the warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- University Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a leading role within warehousing, logistics, or supply chain activities.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong knowledge of warehousing management, service operations, and safety procedures in the warehouse environment.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and changes effectively.
- Proficient in IT systems, including Supply Chain Planning and ERP systems.
- Experience working in a matrix organization and collaborating cross-border.
