The Service Operations department is responsible with the wind turbine maintenance business: it operates, maintains, and carries out all service activities for the serviced turbines. The department has an open and informal culture, where teamwork and good communication is the key to our positive result. Responsibilities

As Supervisor you will be your responsible for planning, for executing and for following up all the operations at the assigned wind farms. 

• Secure the availability of the wind turbines related to wind farms assigned, including execution of maintenance services (preventive, corrective),
• Warehouse control, and reporting within the corporate guidelines, legal and regulation requirements with the objective of reduction of service costs and to guarantee agreed levels of service.
• Coordination of the resources and control of the tools and parts for the service activities for the review of the scheduling.

Qualifications

• Technical Diploma (Mechanical / Electrical)
• Professional experience in Operations (5 - 6 years)
•  Knowledge: Maintenance / Safety regulations
•  Languages: English (Basic) 
•  IT: Office software
•  Skills: Result Oriented / Organization / Initiative
•  Organizational knowledge: medium (process & product)
• Market Knowledge: Low (customers / suppliers / regulations)

 Competencies

 •  Experience with people management of skilled resorces
• Solid communication skills towards the customer' representatives
• High level of safety awareness and problem-solving skills
• Very good organizational & time management skills
• Willingness to reach best in class level and to share best practices
