Control (QC). In the team we are supporting in the creation of procedures, policies, instructions, standards, and records. In other words, we are responsible for delivering a product that meets all specifications. Within the scope of the Quality Department we also handle the compliance of the Quality Management System (QMS) to the International Standards and resolution of customer concerns.

 

Responsibilities

Facilitate problem solving methodology

Reporting quality performance used for initiating improvement activities

Involvement in the ISO 9001 certification processes and ITAP activities (offshore customers)Involvement in internal/external audit processes

Handling Non-Conforming materials and products with ownership of medium / high level NCs through corrective and preventative measures

Monitoring performance in designated production area and working with Production Support Team to solve and implement improvement plans

Approve trials and prepare the appropriate technical reports

 

Qualifications

Proficiency in English Understands quality processes and reporting

Able to maintain focus and professional in a time-sensitive situation

 

Competencies

Composite knowledge

Able to use Microsoft Office, especially ExcelAttention to detail is essential

Solid task management and problem-solving skills

The job position in question corresponds to level B2 pursuant to the applicable National Collective Bargaining Agreement for Metalworking Companies (Federmeccanica). The gross annual salary expected for the candidate is a minimum of € 37,592.00, set by the current national and company collective bargaining agreement.
