Presso lo stabilimento di Taranto, uno dei più moderni al mondo, Vestas produce pale eoliche per turbine onshore e offshore, collaborando con clienti locali e grandi player energetici internazionali.

Il dipartimento di Quality & Process Engineering è responsabile della qualità e dei processi produttivi e svolge un ruolo chiave nell’ottimizzazione e nella riduzione del Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ).

Responsabilità

Durante il tuo tirocinio:

• Supporterai il team di ingegneri nelle attività di controllo qualità e ottimizzazione dei processi
• Collaborerai con produzione e stakeholder interni su attività operative e progettuali
• Contribuirai all’analisi e al miglioramento dei KPI:
• CoPQ
• Quality downtime
• Non-conformities (NC)
• Parteciperai a iniziative di miglioramento continuo (lean e problem solving)
• Supporterai attività legate a:
• Monitoraggio processi produttivi
• Analisi dati e reportistica
• Sicurezza e ambiente
• Parteciperai alla gestione di task tecnici e organizzativi cross-funzionali

Cosa imparerai

• Standard di qualità (ISO 9001)
• Metodologie di problem solving (es. 5 Whys, PDCA)
• Funzionamento di processi industriali avanzati
• Collaborazione in un contesto internazionale
• Dinamiche reali del lavoro in produzione

Requisiti

• Studente/laureando o neolaureato in Ingegneria (Meccanica, Aerospaziale, Materiali, Elettronica preferibile)
• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata)
• Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Attitudine al problem solving
• Interesse per il settore industriale e manifatturiero
• Capacità di lavorare in team multifunzionali

• Buone capacità organizzative e di gestione delle priorità
• Flessibilità e proattività
• Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali
• Attitudine a lavorare in ambienti dinamici e sfidanti
