Performance Analyst- Taranto (IT)

In PMO Construction we provide support for all back office activities to Project Managers and Site Team, with the main objective to monitoring and achieve the main KPIs: Revenue, Cash and CM and describe the risk & opportunities.

Responsabilities

• Weekly Cash Report assuring Billing plans are updated and detect Risk and Opportunities.
• Weekly Report about Variation Order under negotiation and implementation of those, agreed with the customer.
• Monthly Pre-post Cost Analysis
• Preparation slides for Steerco´s.

Qualifications

• Business Administration, Economics or Engineering
• 1-5+ years of experience within Financial Controlling/Performance.
• Valuable Master's degree in Finance, Business Economics or equivalent
• Fluent speaking and writing in English
• Creative presentation skills
• Ability to clearly communicate messages in a simple manner
