The Customer Project Execution - Project Management Office (CPX - PMO) team is responsible for supporting CPX operations by managing key processes, transactional tasks, and analytical activities. Our primary goal is to ensure efficiency in progress and to maintain high-quality standards.
Responsibilities
- In relation to Procurement Activities, you will be responsible for managing the creation of purchase requisitions for all services and materials required during projects, ensuring a smooth payment process (PR/PO/GR/IR and payment). You will also collaborate with Procurement and Project Management teams to support supplier selection and ensure proper cost allocation according to guidelines.
- Regarding Cost Analysis, your responsibilities will include maintaining data quality in SAP by updating site addresses, cost expectations, and project status until closure. You will also provide cost estimations for project activities.
- In Reporting, you will be responsible for:
- POC Report, based on the cost progress of projects
- Status updates on purchase requisitions by activity and by supplier
Qualifications
- A degree in Business Administration or Engineering is required.
- You should have 5-8 years of professional experience within procurement or cost analysis.
- Proficiency in SAP is essential, along with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Proficient verbal and written English communication is required, and high Italian level is essential
Competencies
- We are looking for a well-organized professional with industry knowledge and in-depth knowledge of SAP processes.
