We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Business Partner with a solid labor/legal background to develop our Global and Regional HR processes and initiatives in alignment with business objectives and business needs in our Production Plant in Taranto (Italy). Your experience in human resources management from a production environment will support our organization in adding value to overall business objectives, providing HR solutions, resolving personnel grievances, retaining a qualified workforce and ensuring compliance with regulations. You will assist in developing the talent management and diversity agenda within the business.


Responsibilities 

  • Workforce planning definition, securing staffing in alignment with business objectives; 
  • Management of third-party employment vendors to meet workforce planning 
  • Supporting leaders and employees with Labor Relations aspects and HR matters, 
  • Planning tactical HR initiatives and implementing HR strategies, policies and practices; 
  • Supporting implementation of business strategies in the Organization, HR Transformation and change management; 
  • Supporting recruitment of the right talents; 
  • Managing labor litigations and labor contracts; 
  • Coordinating trade union relations with internal and external representatives of trade union organizations; 
  • Utilizing data and analytics to track key metrics such as turnover rates, absenteeism, diversity and employee engagement levels. 
  • Enhancing staff performance and supporting leaders in employee development; 
  • Updating policies and practices and overseeing wellness and health initiatives.

 

Qualifications 

  • Degree in law/labor relations, combined with human resources management post-graduate degree with 5-10 years of professional experience, ideally from a production environment in an international company is required. Furthermore, experience in handling labor matters and negotiations with Unions (internal and external). Knowledge of Italian HR practices and policies is required. First language Italian, fluent in business English.
