Responsibilities
- Accountable for the execution of construction activities in alignment with company values and priorities.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and quality standards throughout all site operations.
- Coordinate and lead construction workers and subcontractors to ensure smooth and efficient site execution.
- Monitor progress and performance to meet contractual requirements and project timelines.
- Act as the communication link between field teams and senior managers, ensuring clear reporting of site status and challenges.
- Oversee the full project cycle, from site execution preparation to project handover.
- Anticipate and resolve emerging issues, promoting a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Ensure proper construction methods and techniques are applied consistently across projects.
- Support cost control efforts and contribute to budget adherence.
- Prepare internal and external reports to update stakeholders on project progress.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or technical education; a background in construction management or a related field is a strong plus.
- A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in construction site and team supervision.
- Solid knowledge of safety management procedures, electrical systems, delivery stations, and site equipment.
- Previous experience in the wind energy sector is highly valued.
- Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in the use of standard IT tools (MS Office, SAP).
