Customer Service Management plays a critical role in connecting our customers with our organization, ensuring long-term partnerships and increasing the value we create together.

Within Customer Service Management, we oversee a portfolio of approximately 300 full-scope service contracts with guaranteed performance levels. We are now looking for a motivated and collaborative professional to join us in this exciting and impactful journey.

 

Responsibilities

 

You will be responsible for managing the overall performance of service contracts, ensuring that both Vestas’ and customers’ contractual obligations are fulfilled.

You will develop a deep understanding of contract requirements and closely monitor compliance, performance, and delivery against agreed targets. Acting as the primary point of contact during the Service Contract (SC) phase, you will own the customer relationship and contribute strategic insights to support commercial decisions.

You will maintain a comprehensive 360° view of the customer account, ensuring cross-functional alignment and clear reporting of contract performance. In addition, you will manage complex contractual discussions, including negotiations and settlements, always aiming to reach the best possible commercial outcome while identifying opportunities for added value.

 

Qualifications

 

Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.

A solid foundation in statistics and basic economics is required.

You have experience working with reporting tools and data analysis, with the ability to translate insights into actionable decisions. A good understanding of contractual frameworks and the ability to interpret legal clauses is important. Previous experience in contract management.

You are structured, professional, and able to maintain focus in complex or demanding situations. You are an active listener with a collaborative mindset and effective interpersonal skills.

You demonstrate effective communication, coordination, and negotiation abilities, and you are skilled at managing stakeholders across different functions.

You have a solid understanding of budgeting and cost control principles, along with familiarity with SAP and knowledge of Salesforce.

You focus on creating trusted customer connections and supporting lasting engagement through value-based solutions. You encourage a customer-first mindset throughout teams, promoting accountability and attention to customer needs.

You are methodical and solution-oriented, with solid problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and address potential conflicts using data and insights.

Fluency in both Italian and English is required.
