In Service Department, our focus is to provide our clients with high-quality service and best possible production of their wind power plants. With our long-standing consistent, proven history and service experience globally, we work to ensure that we handle our clients' plants effectively to get the most out of each turbine while upholding our commitment to safety standards.

As a Site Manager, your role is to develop and ensure quality in managing wind farms. You will work closely with supervisors to meet KPIs, stay within budget, and adhere to safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure OH&S policy is effectively implemented and managed at site
• Responsible for the safety on site under HSE principle
• Develop leadership
• Contract management, fulfill contract obligations
• Build and maintain customer relations
• Risk management
• Ensure fixed and direct cost are on budget
• Ensure good capacity and resource planning to carry out schedule and unscheduled service in agreed timeline

Qualifications

• At least 5 years related working experience, especially experience in wind turbine service business
• Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree or similar
