Welcome to our Project Planning & Coordination Team

You will be part of our Project Planning & Coordination team in Offshore Construction which comprises a team of highly motivated colleagues, responsible for project execution including installation and commissioning of offshore wind turbines in the Asia Pacific region.

 

In addition to project execution, our team also supports the rest of Vestas' value chain with our knowledge of construction projects. Therefore, you will have great opportunities to spar with other parts within Construction, and many of your tasks will also require cross-organisational collaboration.

 

Responsibilities

You will monitor the contractual document streams internally and externally and manage the filing solutions in the project document management systems. You will be in charge of the document register in which submissions to the customers are listed, and you will be responsible for collecting and compiling the as-built documentation.

 

Your tasks will include:

  • Administration and monitoring of all contractual documentation according to the contract;

  • Collection of site-specific documentation/work instructions;

  • Collection, structuring and updating of as-built documentation;

  • Handover of documentation to Service and the customer;

  • Securing that all project-specific technical documentation and manuals are in place and stored correctly;

  • Checking revisions of internally created documents;

  • Training the project team in documentation awareness;

  • Writing procedures in relation to documentation;

  • Monitoring manuals for installation and commissioning.

 

Qualifications

You have at least two years of experience from a similar position working with larger construction projects. You have good product understanding and awareness as wells as contractual understanding and experience with document management systems. As a person, you are dependable, systematic and pay attention to details, and it is important that you have good interpersonal skills and thrive in a role with many stakeholders.

 

Competencies

We expect that you:  

  • Hold a relevant education (e.g. librarian or information science);

  • Have good communication and English skills;

  • Are a team-oriented person who is also able to work individually;

  • Are flexible and highly motivated.
