In Service Department, our focus is to provide our clients with high-quality service and best possible production of their wind power plants. With our long-standing consistent, proven history and service experience globally, we work to ensure that we handle our clients' plants effectively to get the most out of each turbine while upholding our commitment to safety standards. 

 

Responsibilities

  • To secure high-quality customer relationships, key to increased customer satisfaction in NSEA
  • Act as a counterpart to customer's responsible manager
  • Prepare and maintain account sales plans in line with the Service Business Strategy
  • Handle service contracts with an understanding of contractual terms and clauses and their implications commercially, operationally, and legally. Ensure that contract deliverables from both parties are delivered according to the contract
  • Identify potential improvements or new business opportunities based on an understanding of customer needs
  • Be commercially aware of contract's financial performance and requirements and inform or escalate cost overruns, requests out of scope and transition to new contracts

 

Qualifications

  • University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar
  • At least 5 years of experience for instance in a customer-facing position (e.g. sales, project management, contract management, particularly with large complex customers), ideally within the energy market
  • Familiarity with complex technical machinery, plant, processes or systems
  • Good business sense and good economical understanding of contracts
  • Knowledge of at least one NSEA language (ideally Chinese)
