The Offshore Special Project Team is a newly establish team in the Vestas ASP region where the key focus area of the team is to manage main component exchange, Upgrade implementation during service and blade inspection/maintenance primarily for offshore windfarms. The team will, where possible, support the on- and offshore service sites activities in the ASP region of Vestas. The team will be working closely together with our Vestas NCE Offshore service support team to ensure alignment of procedures and process globally. In the Special Projects department, you will work in close collaboration with Site Managers, our Project Manager and Deputy Site Managers supporting the ASP service sites ensuring that global uniformed processes and procedures are implemented and adhered to Vestas's standards.



  • Administer and monitor all standard document package deliverables on SharePoint.
  • Handover of documentation to Service site
  • Check revision of internally created documents
  • Secure that all project-specific technical documentation and manuals are in place and stored correctly
  • Responsible for Service work orders set up in SAP
  • Project Planning in MS Project
  • Handling of Sign Off sheets after tasks has been completed
  • Prepare and update internal processes within Special projects and handling of interface with service sites and other departments in Vestas
  • Support development of new methods and procedures
  • Assist PM and the team with admin tasks
  • Organize and maintain documentation and ensure all reporting requirements are met on time and to the required quality



  • Relevant education (e.g. engineering or technical background)
  • Product understanding and awareness
  • Contractual as well as technical understanding
  • Experience with larger construction projects
  • Experience with SAP
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in similar position
  • Experience with Document Management Systems
  • Able to navigate in an ever-growing environment where priorities can vary from one day to the next
  • Risk Management competences
  • Awareness of cultural diversity



  • Team-oriented person and a motivated and effective problem-solver
  • Good stakeholder management skills
  • Have solid communication skills and be able to communicate in a professional and comprehensible way
  • Are responsible and result orientated.
  • Are fluent in English, both oral and in writing
  • Have basic IT skills (Word, Excel, MS project, SAP etc.)

  • Additional information
  • You will work on 5-day week approx. 40 hrs, overtime is expected
  • You will be based in the Taipei office in Taiwan
  • You will be expected to travel to different sites within the Asp region depending on the needs and location of current projects.
