Warehouse Quality Technician

Regional Manufacturing ASP > Blades, Offshore Taiwan > Logistics & Purchasing, Offshore Taiwan

Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of Quality methods in the warehouse and production.
  • Operate as part of the Warehouse team, supporting Shift Leads and operatives to achieve the correct quality.
  • Updating and maintaining the Quality Management System.
  • Reporting on Incoming Quality performance to identify critical issues, supporting to prioritize improvement projects.
  • Monitor and execution of incoming inspection and educate warehouse operatives line to resolve errors.
  • Review and perform ECM tasks related to Suppliers
  • Handling and coordination of non-conformance issues.
  • Creation and handling of NCRs.
  • Involvement in the ISO 9001 certification processes
  • Involvement in internal audit.
  • Follow up on quality matters in general.
  • Ensure proper reporting as part of our continuous quality improvement.
  • Conduct DSC test for approval of chemicals, prior to releasing these to production shopfloor.

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree, Manufacturing environment background, Inspection activities

 

Competencies:

  • Experience with Quality activity in an international production company.
  • Experience within NCR handling.
  • Experience in Quality tools (P-FMEA, Process flow).
  • Knowledge and experience in handling document updates.
  • Experience in planning and performing incoming inspections
  • Abilities to understand Technical Specifications and CTQ materials / components attributes
