One Tool at Vestas Offshore Warehouse Taiwan - Join a proficient team supporting the delivery of tools and materials to some of the world's largest offshore wind projects. We are looking for reliable and skilled material handler to help ensure smooth operations in our Taiwan - Taichung facility.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality checks on tools returned after use to ensure compliance with standards.
• Conduct basic fault identification to determine faults and appropriate corrective actions.
• Assess tools and decide which vendor should handle maintenance or repair.
• Coordinate with third-party service providers for tool repair and calibration.
• Support on-site tool inspection and verification activities to maintain operational readiness.
• Receive and register deliveries from suppliers/ site and prepare tools for put away working together with our third party providers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure correct documentation in SAP.
• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently
• Communicate daily in an international environment with colleagues globally

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations
• Experience in tool management.
• Experienced user in warehouse management system e.g, SAP or similar systems, valid forklift license.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
• Consistent, structured, and able to thrive in an environment with frequent changes

Competencies

• Proficient organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage tasks on one's own and as part of a team.
• Comfortable with digital systems and documentation
• Effective communicator across cultures and languages
