Region APC > Customer Project Execution, APAC > APAC Offshore Resources & Training Management 

 

Resource Operations handles both special task resource support as well external technicians across Asia projects in line with Operations Offshore Site execution management guidelines to meet the contractual obligations with Project Management, secure effectiveness of manpower and oversees site operations execution planning activities based on materials readiness.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage Training courses arrangement for pre-installation, offshore installation and commissioning stages domestically and internationally with training organization and vendors.
  • Responsible for planning and monitoring training programs and activities according to business functions and requirements.
  • Secure the whole team compliance with training matrix and archive all certificates (share with employer when needed)
  • Manage training vendors costs and invoicing process.
  • Works with subject matter experts to develop outlines for new courses and modifications to existing courses

 

Qualifications

  • B.com / M.com / Similar / Graduate desirable with accountancy and site/office administration experience
  • Having working knowledge on SAP time entry transactions
  • Good attention to detail and execution skills
  • Good interpersonal and customer relation skills
  • Able to effectively collaborate with employees at all professional levels, performs as a champion for change management initiatives and ability to respectfully follow supervision
  • Good computer operation skills, familiarity with internet-based program navigation, and ability to generate and interpret computer data
  • Experience with Human Resources, Personal Logistics, Mobility, Real Estate and Recruitment

  • Understanding requirements, identifying gaps, setting priorities, scheduling activities accordingly to fulfill requirements
