Tool Coordinator

You will join a global team of approximately 70 employees working with the One Tool Offshore warehouse which is physically located in Denmark (Esbjerg), with remote satellite hubs globally - this position is targeted for the APAC remote hub in Taiwan which will be your main working location. One Tools Offshore is globally supplying construction and service tools and you will contribute to an efficient supply chain system, overseeing the timely coordination of tool supplies for future site operations.
As tool coordinator for the remote APAC hub in Taiwan, you will be the local One Tools Offshore representative towards the project sites and suppliers. You will be responsible for coordinating the local warehouse activities - ensuring projects are supplied with the requested materials, tools logistical planning, and coordinating tools inspection and maintenance works.
You main work place for this position will be in Taichung - Taiwan.
Responsibilities
- Functionally leading the day-to-day activities associated with the APAC warehouse
- Local representative towards the global Offshore Tools organization
- Follow up on tools orders to project sites and ensure timely deliveries
- Planning warehouse activities ensuring storage and logistics are handled and equipment maintained according to standards.
- Coordinating with local supplier network as required to operate the warehouse and equipment
- Working with the Lean principle for the supply of offshore tools
- Coordinating global activities with the Tool Key Account Managers and Site Project Tool Coordinators
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years' relevant experience within project coordination, supply chain and logistical coordination is beneficial but not required
- Understanding of ERP systems, e.g. SAP
- End 2 end Supply chain understanding and warehousing operations
- Fluent in English both written and verbally
- Knowledge of Lean training and SAP order handling & material management
