Customer Service Department handles Post sales Service Operations to meet the contractual obligations with customers.

 

Responsibilities

  • Supervision and development of team
  • Safety leadership
  • Financial performance, responsible for the site budget, cost center management, and operational efficiency
  • Delivery of services on an operational level with respect to process adherence, service quality, safety standards and performance ensured
  • Assigned staff is supervised/led/coordinated and a positive and effective working relationship is established / maintained
  • People skills development, competencies and training actions are managed including safety related (Safety walks / talks)
  • Compliance with Vestas standards across the dedicated site and processes, procedures and / or tools implemented continuously
  • Ensures obeying regional laws and regulations
  • Resource availability given to perform dedicated work orders Keeping operational goals
  • Engaging and motivating site team that produces high-level results against Key Performance Indicators and Operational Goals
  • Determining coverage for on-calls during work hours (weekends and overtime)
  • Responsible for the management, effectiveness and efficiency of site assets (vehicles, equipment, tools, office, etc.)
  • Select and retain team-members / leaders
  • Identify and involve business stakeholders
  • May be responsible for department budget
  • May be involved in establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers and internal partners
  • May be involved in "Customer account management"

 

Qualifications

  • BE /Diploma in electrical/electronics/Mechanical
  • 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in O&M as site supervisor /in charge.

  • Experience in industry or technology such as hydraulic, rotating heavy equipment service and maintenance
