Region APC > Customer Project Execution - APAC > APAC Offshore Warehouse, Site Support and Tools Management

 

Oversee all procurement activities and material deliveries at site. Monitor purchase requisition operations. Implement operational procedures and policies to improve productivity and efficiency and reduce costs while securing high quality material for their company. Motivate employees to work toward desired goals, maintain documents and keep accurate records of supply chain activities, not limited to requisitions and orders but logistics such as customs clearance, importation process, sourcing local vendors, support warehouse team, liaise with brokers and vendors, meet corporate governance and regulatory compliance requirements to ensure full scope delivery for construction completion.

 

Responsibilities

  • Receive purchasing requests including spare parts, consuming material, DG goods,... etc from users and update the request in purchasing system.
  • Maintains database(s) of purchasing information
  • Follow up ETA with buyers & vendors and update in the system.
  • Smooth and efficient communication with users for the urgent process support and its related requirements.
  • Work with warehouse team to pass on inbound ETA msg for closely follow up of urgency request.
  • Support local material sourcing
  • Data analysis of spare parts and consuming material for safety inventory stock preparation
  • Review and proceed vendor billing
