We are building the new offshore team and hiring 2 Warehouse Supervisors!

 

Responsibilities

  • Follow up materials and components orders to ensure the supply of raw material to complete the production plan.

  • Control the stock levels on raw material and WTG components according to business guidelines.

  • Analyze demand projections for raw products provided through calculations from finished and semi products.

  • Work directly with schedulers and production staff to establish business rules for order priorities and expedites.

  • Utilize and monitor material planning procedures ensuring consistent delivery.

  • Support finance department with past due/pending invoices.

  • Support other areas in raw material and WTG components issues.

  • Work with suppliers to continuously improve performance on inventory levels and lead-times.

  • Receive and unload freight and checks for damaged goods offshore.

  • Verifies quantity and quality of order; verify items received with purchase order; wraps, packages, and ships supplies; delivers and retrieves supplies to and from work or storage areas; tags and issues supplies; stocks shelves and rotates inventory; may receive, store, and ship flammable, explosive or caustic and hazardous material.

  • Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.

  • Report any discrepancies.

  • Communicate and cooperate with coworkers, reporting to Offshore Installation Manager and supporting the supervisors to ensure installation progress and schedule port-calls, urgent delivery and be ready for ordinary materials receive offshore.

 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent ; Technical or equivalent mechanical/constructional experience

  • Proven working experience as a Warehouse Worker

  • Current forklift license; GWO, Medical Certification

  • Familiarity with Radio Frequency (RF) equipment is a bonus

  • Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems (SAP or other ERPs)

  • Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods

  • Good organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to lift heavy objects

  • Willing to do long rotations

  • Willingness to relocate to Taiwan to work in rotation shifts
