As Site Assistant at CFXD/ZN Projects, you will be part of a skilled local team while also collaborating closely with other site assistants within the country. This close cooperation ensures professional support, knowledge sharing, and the best conditions for performing to perfection.

 

This role is based on our office facility in the Changhua Port and plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of CFXD/ZN Offshore Wind Farms. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the offshore service team in Taiwan and have the opportunity to develop a career in a global company in an exciting and future-oriented industry

 

Responsibilities

 

As Site Assistant, you will work closely with our back-office team and offshore team. And you will report directly to the Service Manager. You will be involved in a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Various administrative tasks, general office support, and practical tasks, from documentation to picking up deliveries around the city
  • Handling of purchase requests/purchase orders, follow-up on invoice approvals, balancing and reconciling purchase orders, goods receipt registration in SAP
  • Handling PPE purchase and its inspection for the service team
  • Planning and organization of internal/external meetings and events, participation in meetings, handling of minutes of meetings
  • Course administration: bookings, training matrix updates, resource planning, etc.
  • Manage your tasks and create a system that makes sure that we are aligned with all necessary requirements for training, certificates, etc.
  • Create, maintain, optimize, and support the team with PowerPoint presentations, task trackers, Excel tools, training matrices, etc.
  • Maintaining and supporting our SharePoint environment

 

 

Qualifications

 

At the professional level, it is desired that you have:

  • Solution-focused and problem-solving mindset
  • Fluent skills in English.
  • Good IT skills, Microsoft, SharePoint, etc
  • Previous experience working with SAP
  • Collaborative and open to taking on new tasks
