Lead Installation Supervisor

Skilled Worker / Semi-Skilled Worker | Full-Time | Field Operations 

Our department consists of following ; Teams of supervisors and technicians supporting preassembly, installation, commissioning, service sites and warehouse. External resource management and site support coordinates external technicians and consultant support.

We develop qualified resources with the right mindset. We coordinate and develop people and teams to support daily operations.We create a culture of safety and costs consciousness and quality.

Responsibilities

- Oversee and coordinate the daily execution of installation activities, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with Vestas quality standards.

- Collaborate closely with the Lead Site Manager, Supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective project execution.

- Provide safety and quality oversight, including giving Toolbox Talks and ensuring compliance with work instructions, method statements, and project procedures.

- Coordinate interfaces between stakeholders to support efficient planning and execution.

- Validate Daily Progress Reports and provide operational updates to the Lead Site Manager.

- Manage shift and rotation handovers, including preparation of required handover documentation.

- Maintain and hand over project documentation.

- Support project mobilization, demobilization, kick-offs, and work package planning.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives and promptly resolve operational issues.

- Support team performance, development, and engagement to build an effective installation team.

Qualifications

- Holds a technical education (electrical/mechanical) combined with WTG experience.

- Full GWO training packets is expected.

Personally, you can maintain focus in difficult circumstances, demonstrate reliability, and contribute with consistent effort. You do well in an international environment where circumstances shift often and collaboration crosses borders. You are willing to travel and have no issues with being mobilized globally.
