Taiwan HSE Supervise overseeing projects in Taiwan. Supported by APAC Offshore Construction.



  • Establishment of safety policies and procedures to ensure the safety of workers within the workplace.

  • Contribute to a positive working environment on the project by being an open and positive go-to person and by being a safety ambassador for the team.

  • Effectively coordinate and collaborate with the teams on all aspects of HSE.

  • Provide HSE training support to the teams to maintain policies and standards.

  • Coordinate emergency drills, exercises and campaigns at a schedule applicable to the Project Execution Plan.

  • Assist the Project HSE Manager with safety meetings, trainings and incident investigation.



  • Formal HSE qualification (equivalent to NEBOSH Diploma).

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience employed as a safety professional.

  • Experience of civil construction (heavy lifting & transportation) or equivalent.

  • Maritime experience is a bonus.

  • Relevant Management experience.

  • Good understanding of English and the Local / Regional language(s) both written and spoken.

  • Good knowledge of country or region specific HSE and maritime legislation.

  • Experience in organizing internal and external stakeholders and communication skill.

  • Driving license.

  • Training as required in (but not limited to) the Operations Table of Role Specific Training.
