Working as a Deputy Supervisor at Vestas is your opportunity to leverage your electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic experience while being part of a well-established business in sustainable energy solutions. Responsibilities

  • Plan and organize daily service tasks in close collaboration with the Offshore Service Supervisor to ensure smooth and reliable turbine operations
  • Organize vessel and team transfers, monitor weather conditions, and prepare transfer plans and daily reports
  • Create and manage work orders in SAP, approve technician hours, and keep the planning board up to date
  • Supervise and support offshore service technicians during turbine service and maintenance, including troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems
  • Implement upgrades, support new processes, and uphold Vestas Health & Safety standards
  • Work closely with customer representatives, contribute to monthly reports, and share knowledge across offshore sites through training and temporary assignments
  • Act as Operational Controller and HV Control person while providing general support to the Offshore Service Supervisor

 

Qualifications

  • Completed an electrical or mechanical degree from a technical school/college/university
  • Professional experience (electrical and mechanical) offshore
  • High voltage knowledge and switching experience
  • Fluent English skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP ERP
  • Driving license category B

  • Good organizational & time management skills
  • Willingness to travel to other sites and training when required
