Zespół Technicznego Wsparcia Produkcji odpowiada za bieżącą kontrolę jakości procesu, analizę niezgodności oraz bezpośrednie wsparcie operatorów na linii produkcyjnej. Współpracuje on z działami Produkcji, Jakości (QC) oraz Inżynierii Procesu (PE), tworząc kluczowy element sprawnej komunikacji międzyfunkcyjnej. Dział ten pełni ważną rolę w stabilizacji procesów, zapewnieniu zgodności ze standardami oraz wdrażaniu działań korygujących i doskonalących.

Obowiązki

• Monitorowanie procesu produkcyjnego oraz identyfikacja niezgodności jakościowych
• Analiza przyczyn powstawania defektów oraz udział w RCA (Root Cause Analysis)
• Wspieranie operatorów w poprawnym wykonywaniu operacji produkcyjnych i rozwiązywaniu problemów procesowych
• Weryfikacja skuteczności wdrożonych działań korygujących i zmian procesowych
• Monitorowanie krytycznych punktów kontroli procesu i zgłaszanie zagrożeń
• Udział w projektach doskonalących proces i działaniach operacyjnych
• Zapewnienie sprawnego przepływu informacji pomiędzy produkcją, jakością i inżynierią procesu

Kwalifikacje

• Umiejętność pracy z dokumentacją produkcyjną i technologiczną (WI, IL, CI)
• Podstawowa znajomość narzędzi analizy problemów (np. 5 Why, Ishikawa)
• Umiejętność analizy danych procesowych
• Znajomość standardów jakości oraz podstaw zarządzania jakością w produkcji
• Wiedza z zakresu standaryzacji procesów i pracy zgodnie z ustalonymi normami
• Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie minimum B1
• Umiejętność identyfikowania związków przyczynowo‑skutkowych w procesie produkcyjnym

Join our team as a Quality Assurance Technician and take an active role in ensuring the stability and smooth operation of the production process. This is a full‑time, on-site position in Goleniów, Monday to Friday, ideal for individuals who enjoy working close to the process and want to make a real impact on quality. You will become a key communication link between Production, Quality, and Process Engineering. Every day you will help quickly resolve issues, minimize defects, and strengthen operational standards.

The Production Technical Support team is responsible for monitoring process quality, analysing nonconformities, and providing direct support to operators on the production line. The team collaborates closely with the Production, Quality Control (QC), and Process Engineering (PE) departments, forming a crucial element of effective cross-functional communication. It plays an important role in stabilizing processes, ensuring compliance with standards, and implementing corrective and improvement actions.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring the production process and identifying quality nonconformities
• Analyzing the causes of defects and participating in RCA (Root Cause Analysis)
• Supporting operators in performing production operations correctly and solving process-related issues
• Verifying the effectiveness of corrective actions and process changes
• Monitoring critical control points and reporting risks
• Participating in process improvement projects and operational initiatives
• Ensuring smooth information flow between Production, Quality, and Process Engineering

Qualifications

• Ability to work with production and technological documentation (WI, IL, CI)
• Basic knowledge of problem-solving tools (e.g., 5 Why, Ishikawa)
• Ability to analyze process data
• Knowledge of quality standards and basic principles of quality management in production
• Understanding of process standardization and standardized work methods
• English language skills at minimum B1 level
• Ability to identify cause-and-effect relationships within production processes
