As a Technical Planner, you will be part of an engaged team and you will have the opportunity to gain experience in the wind energy sector.

The department of Planning located in Szczecin, is part of a global Service Deliver Centre providing services to internal customers across the world. The main areas of responsibility are Technical Planning, Continuous Improvement Management Coordination, Dispatching, and Field Planning.

Technical Planning consists of SAP tasks related to service orders such as technical preparation before field execution and approval after job execution on the field by technicians.



  • Identifying the correct paperwork/safety documentation to carry out the job
  • Linking the correct components needed to carry out the job and find them on technical drawing
  • Identifying the correct tooling for the job
  • Liaising with Technical Support when required to gain further technical knowledge to assist with preparing more complex jobs
  • Technically complete (TECO) service orders once they have come back from the field, assess hours taken on the job, components used, and identify if further work is required
  • Providing cover for other Technical Planners during terms of sickness or leave
  • Working closely with the Supervisor and Planner



  • Technical background (ideally previous experience in wind industry)
  • You will be able to demonstrate a good level of technical competency
  • Proof of an engineering technical qualification 
  • Fluent English is required

Additional Information
You will be sent for six-month field training around Poland (work as a technician on different wind farms) to gain proper field experience before starting office work.
