Vestas Northern & Central Europe is a sales business unit covering Scandinavia, UK, Ireland, Poland, the Baltics, Germany, Benelux as well as Eastern Europe and the south of Africa. We are responsible for the Sales function, Project, Installation and Service of wind farms throughout these regions. The Project Documentation department is responsible for whole documentation within construction. This function aims to provide the agreed scope of project-specific as-built documentation to the customer of the project and enable internal departments like Service to access the documents.


This is a shared position between Teamlead Project Documentation and Coordinator for Executive Documentation.

As team leader your responsibilities are as follows:

  • Coordinate and supervise the fulfillment of safety and environment procedures related to projects
  • Monitor the progress of the documentation scope in projects
  • Perform Risk and Opportunities management within the projects, including strategies, action plans, and follow-up
  • Support the implementation of new or improved processes and procedures

Furthermore, your tasks will include:

  • Check customer requirements regarding documentation to be delivered (scope of documentation, delivery time and format) as well as local requirements regarding documentation and support Administrator Documentation and project team by giving information and directions
  • Update existing documents and create new ones according to needs of Vestas and our customers
  • Prepare projects for Movilizer solution (scanning of components to be installed) and support as-built documentation of installed components in ERP system (SAP)
  • Support creation, management and administration of documentation according to relevant regulations and contractual agreements for all installed wind turbines


  • Graduated in Science, Engineering or relevant
  • Experience as a team leader, ideally in an international environment
  • SAP knowledge is a big plus
  • Active and third-party support of the project team implementing financially settling projects
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal


  • Good communication skills as you will communicate with stakeholders within both Construction, Sales, Service and Management as well as suppliers and partners
  • Basic technical understanding and affinity to commercial and administrative topics
  • Customer-oriented
  • Excellent time management skills
