Service > Global Service Operations > Service Delivery Center
Service Operations Support, located in Szczecin, is part of a global Service Deliver Centre providing services to internal customers across the world. The main areas of responsibility are parts of the planning process, we are engaged in creating and preparing work orders for turbine visits, technically approving work performed by technicians, and supporting the construction area.

 

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating and constant performance monitoring of a team
  • Further development of process optimisation, specialisation, and scope of activities
  • Acting as a single point of contact for both internal and external customers (in terms of escalations and new services offerings)
  • Securing training and conducting recruitment of new employees
  • Securing high-quality customer service

 

Qualifications

  • Relevant degree
  • Proven  experience with leadership and people management
  • Experience within international stakeholder management
  • Knowledge of key figures and KPIs
  • Fluency in English and Polish, both verbally and in writing

  • Efficient communication skills as well as a positive mindset and respectful attitude
  • Ability to present creative solutions and effectively anticipate customer needs
  • Good methodical abilities, process-oriented, and conceptual thinking mindset
