Site Operations Assistant

SBU NCE > Planning & Special Tasks >  Commissioning Supervision

NCE Construction covers 40 countries and has approx. 230 employees on 15 different locations. The Construction department is responsible for the safe installation of approximately 150 projects every year.
Tasks team is a small team but with a high degree of communication with many stakeholders especially your close colleagues in Husum, Germany and Videbæk, Denmark.
The team is characterized by being creative, outgoing and experienced.

 

Responsibilities

  • Organize equipment for internal and external resources
  • Assist with mobility and training demands
  • Book training courses for internal site personnel
  • Assist on intro plans for new hires
  • Data maintenance in various programs e.g. project timelines, resources etc.
  • Close collaboration with other planning functions


Qualifications

  • Fluent in English - written and spoken
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience in a relevant position, with administrative tasks


Competencies

  • Having great social skills, so one can communicate with all types of people
  • Being motivated and able to take initiative when needed
  • Team player that contributes both with a smile and good work moral
