Service > Global Service Operations > Planning Excellence Center - Unscheduled Maintenance
The department of Service Operation Support, Technical Planning located in Szczecin, is part of a global Service Deliver Centre providing services to internal customers across the world. Main areas of responsibility is Technical Planning of Scheduled / Unscheduled / CIM service activities in SAP and Salesforce.

 

Responsibilities

  • Processing work orders from system or manually. Identify CIM opportunities and link work order (if applicable)
  • Consider customer specifics in technical planning (including customer entitlement)- Triggering technical Support for complex jobs
  • Upstream support role involved for quotation creation
  • Task list improvement opportunities identified and aligned with Technical Support (who triggers task list creation & updates)
  • Quality verification based on inputs provided by Field Technician. Introducing innovations
  • Checking if material consumption is correct according to the planned components and in comparison to work performed description.
  • Supporting the manager in coordinating the team. Helping less experienced team members with technical issues. Representing the department at internal meetings


Qualifications

  • Technical background and ideally experience on one of the following wind turbines: Vestas, Siemens, GE, Gamesa 
  • relevant service experience, fault-findings, main component works and be ready to move into a more office-based position
  • Proof of an engineering technical qualification would be a beneficial asset
  • Very good English, both verbally and in writing
  • Knowledge of other languages will be an advantage
