The department of Service Operations Support, located in Szczecin, is part of a global Service Deliver Centre providing services to internal customers across the globe.
Service Planning consists of tasks related to Scheduled Maintenance service orders such as technical preparation before field execution.
Responsibilities
• Maintaining turbine related data in SAP / Salesforce
• Linking the correct components needed to carry out the job and find them in technical
documentation
• Coordinating issue solutions between various internal groups
• Data gathering, and report creation
• Supporting the team in solving complex problems connected to everyday tasks
Qualifications
• Good English level
• MS Office knowledge
• Technical background will be advantage

• Ability to follow the process within a team environment and across international
departments
• High attendance to details and understanding of parallel processes
• Planning and time management skills
• Multitasking talent
