Service Planning Agent - Backend Approval

Service > Global Service Operations, Quality & HSE > Planning Excellence Center - Backend Approval Team 1
The department of Planning located in Szczecin, is part of a global Service Deliver Centre providing services to internal customers across the world. Main areas of responsibility are Technical Planning, Continuous Improvement Management Coordination, Dispatching and Field Planning.
Technical Planning consists of SAP tasks related to service orders such as technical preparation before field execution and approval after job complete on field by technicians.

Responsibilities

• Check and close work orders after field execution in SAP/SF system
• Cooperate with local Technical Planners to resolve complex technical issues
• Cooperate with technicians and supervisors in terms of proper work closure quality
• Use and maintain scripts, gather data, and create reports
• Provide cover for other Technical Coordinators during terms of sickness or leave

Qualifications

• Bachelor or master degree
• Experience in administrative/documents/orders or relevant
• Very Good English
• Knowledge of additional foreign language will be counted as advantage
• Knowledge of Excel and SAP will be counted as advantage

• Well organized with attention to details
• Advanced level of communication and teamwork skills
• Customer orientation thinking will be counted as advantage
