Business Performance Management Sales & Emerging markets in Vestas is the interface between Finance and our commercial Sales organization. BPM Sales & Emerging markets is responsible for providing advanced and comprehensive financial analysis and reporting to the Sales organization and Management.


Responsibilities
Business partner to Sales:

  • Actively engaging with the Sales Department as a business partner 
  • Making recommendations on improvements with regards to financial and forecasting

Controlling:

  • Coordinating the project review outcomes and assess potential risks
  • Preparing project business case financial reviews and report insights to managemen
  • Aligning with the Sales organization to reflect an accurate forecast in our reporting system
  • Reporting and explaining to the regional and Group stakeholders the different forecast scenarios being on top of the different Sales opportunities in the pipeline
  • Assessing portfolio financial impact and perform root cause analysis, scenario analysis and prepare lessons learned
  • Ensuring and performinh Sales process compliance in accordance to internal guidelines and Vestas overall financial motivations

 

Qualifications

  • Finance Degree
  • Knowledge of Corporate Finance, audit, accounting
  • Experience in Controller positions or similar in International companies
  • Experience with SAP
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, comfortable with story lining 
  • Fluent in English is essential, potentially experience from an English-speaking environment

Working in BPM Sales & Emerging markets means working more closely with Sales and actual wind development projects than most other positions in a typical corporate finance or business controller function. Our team is located in Hamburg (Germany) and Szczecin/Warsaw (Poland), supporting the Sales Business Unit North Central Europe.
