Region NCE and Global Offshore > NCE > Offshore Planning & External Resource Management

Construction Supplier & External Management Department is an established function within the Installation & Commissioning Department at Vestas Northern and Central Europe (NCE). The team is responsible for planning and coordinating site personnel and technicians for offshore construction projects, as well as supporting related back-office functions. They ensure the supply of subcontractor technicians and supervisors for the Pre-installation, Installation, and Commissioning phases of offshore projects. Additionally, they manage supplier relationships with an emphasis on performance, development, and long-term strategic alignment.

 

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with external suppliers to define resource needs and project-specific requirements
  • Liaise with offshore site teams to resolve resource shortages and ensure alignment with project demands
  • Collaborate with internal departments to manage supplier onboarding and compliance processes
  • Provide accurate financial and administrative data to support controlling activities
  • Ensure training compliance and facilitate alignment meetings between Vestas and suppliers
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for supplier queries, ensuring effective communication throughout execution
  • Implement new processes and support internal improvement initiatives to optimize supplier performance

 

Qualifications

We believe that you have the following experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with resource coordination and supplier management
  • Advanced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
  • Fluent in English

Additional information


Your work location will be either in Szczecin or Warsaw, Poland or in Aarhus, Denmark. You will be required to travel around 30 days per year. If the above matches your skills and qualifications, please apply no later than 24th of April 2026.
