Are you ready to take the next step in your career? We are looking for a new group lead for our factory in Szczecin who can ensure the quality in the production

The main scope of the Quality Department is both Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) in terms of creating and supporting procedures, policy, instructions, standards, records. In other words, they are responsible for delivering a product that meet specifications. In collaboration with the Quality Manager and the support functions you must ensure that the quality controls are conducted according to the control plan, that non-conformities are identified and that appropriate corrective measures are taken, while keeping a secure and safe work environment. As Group Lead, you will be responsible for around 30 employees covering the role of a Quality Technician

Responsibilities

  • Secure a safe working environment across all process areas and maintain robust quality control practices
  • Ensure all quality requirements are consistently met in accordance with the established control plan
  • Identify non conformities and coordinate timely implementation of appropriate corrective and preventive actions
  • Oversee employee training to ensure alignment with the defined training and development program
  • Manage and allocate resources in line with the Quality Technicians polyvalence matrix across all process areas
  • Drive effective implementation and continuous maintenance of 5S standards within the assigned area

Qualifications

  • Experience in leading a team
  • Experience and knowledge of quality inspections
  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality discipline
  • Basic knowledge about ISO9001 and ISO13485 standards
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft package
  • Very good English and Polish language both verbally and writing

Work location: Szczecin, Brdowska 5, Poland

Travel days: up to 44 days travel mostly within Denmark the first year
