The Process Engineering Department is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing technical projects that support blade manufacturing. The team ensures that all process documentation is accurate and up to date, supports project implementation, and promotes continuous improvement through structured engineering practices. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the department plays a key role in maintaining operational efficiency, quality, and innovation in production processes. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate new product and process introductions to ensure timely and efficient implementation
  • Review new processes, including molds, related equipment, and accompanying documentation for accuracy and compliance
  • Raise Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) to mitigate or eliminate risk exposure, meet customer requirements, and improve safety and product quality
  • Support daily production operations through defect analysis and troubleshooting to maintain optimal performance
  • Ensure Bill of Materials (BOM) is accurate and reflects actual consumption
  • Collaborate with HSE, Quality, Production and Maintenance teams to conduct root cause analysis and cost assessments for continuous improvement
  • Coordinating manufacturing cost reduction initiatives to enhance operational efficiency

 

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree or higher technical education (Bachelor’s or Master’s required)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in process optimization
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles (VSM, Ishikawa, GANT, 5WHY)
  • Proficiency in computer use, especially the Microsoft Office suite
  • Previous experience with AutoCAD or CATIA software applications will be beneficial
  • Structured and methodical approach to tasks, along with effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Communicative level of English (spoken and written)
